Drive Angry
Drive Angry is a 2011 American action film starring Nicolas Cage and directed by Patrick Lussier. It was released on February 25, 2011.
Plot
The film starts with John Milton (Nicolas Cage) pursuing a car with three men inside,the car crashes into Milton's car and flips over. The three men get out and Milton Kills one by shooting off his hand with a shotgun and later shooting him in the chest, the other Milton kills by blowing up the mens' car but Milton interrogates the other, shooting him in the leg and asks him where Jonah King (Billy Burke) is, the leader of a Satanic cult, who has murdered Milton's daughter and kidnapped her baby. In three days, King and his followers will sacrifice the child at midnight. After the man tells him where Jonah King is he sets off for Oklahoma to find his grandchild.
The next scene is in a diner with Piper (Amber Heard),a waitress talking to her friend who is also a waitress.Milton comes in and sits down and Piper's friend asks Milton if he wants anything,Milton orders a coffee with sugar. Piper's friend comes back with Milton's coffee and asks Milton a lot of questions.Milton then kisses her and says "I asked for sugar", Piper's friend then leaves and when she comes back Milton is gone. Piper then is harassed by her manager and she grabs him and tells him that she quits. Piper then leaves in her car.Down the road Piper's car breaks down and then Milton appears and asks for a ride down the road if he can fix Piper's car, she accepts and says she is going as far as Louisiana. Milton fixes her car and they both head for Louisiana in the car. Then back at the diner a strange man (William Fichtner) appears and asks Piper's friend and the manager if they have seen Milton. They ask who he is and he calls him self "The Accountant", the manager says that he has not seen Milton but Piper's friend points her finger down the road and says "He went that way" and the accountant proceeds down the road.
Meanwhile Milton and Piper stop at Louisiana. Milton gets out and thanks Piper for the ride and Milton walks over to a phone booth. Piper gets out and opens the door to her fiance's house to find her fiance has been two timing her with another women as he is having sex with the other women in his bed. Piper then drags the other women off him and takes her outside and hit her. Piper's fiance comes out the door and tells Piper that he is sorry, they end up having an argument which end with Piper repeatedly hitting her fiance then he punches her in the face. Milton then sees the fight and so he beats up Piper's fiance and he takes Piper into her car and drives off. Later the accountant comes to Piper's fiance's house and asks him if he has seen Milton, the fiance won't awnser but he keeps asking questions, the man picks up a metal baseball bat and tries to attack the account who breaks it in half and hits the fiancée in the face which sends him flying across the room, the accountant then pins him against the wall with one half of the broken bat and hammers it further into him with the other half. The fiance tells him the name of Piper's car and the accountant leaves and throws the piece of the bat he used as a hammer at the fiance's head and kills him. The police arrive to find the dead fiance and the accountant and the accountant throws a Strange Coin in the air which turns into and FBI ID and tells the police to help him find Milton.
Milton and Piper are now at a bar and they stay for the night. Piper sees someone and follows him into the bar. The man is Jonah Hill and his men, he orders them to find and kill Milton, Piper hears them and finds a weapon. Back at the room Milton is having sex and a group of Hill's men come in and while Milton is having sex he kills most of the group and Piper kills the final one. The accountant and the police arrive to find Milton. Piper shoots one of the police officers who shoots his partner as he dies, her and Milton escape in the car. The accountant pursues them in another car and on a bridge Milton shoots the accountant with a strange gun that makes the accountant crash.
Further up the road Milton and Piper come to a church where Jonah is inside with Milton's baby granddaughter, he shoots Milton in the eye and grabs Piper and escapes in a caravan. Soon after Milton gets up, killing almost everyone in the church, he catches up with Jonah in a car and rescues Piper but Jonah escapes alive. Back at the church the accountant find some one who is still alive and he tells the accountant that they shot him but he survived. Then Later that night Milton and Piper find Jonah who is trying to sacrifice Milton's grandaughter so he can bring hell to earth. He fails and gets killed but Milton also pretends to be dying. Milton asks Piper to look after his granddaughter, Piper takes the baby and Milton supposedly dies. He gets back up because he is already a dead man, he has a conversation with the Accountant where he states that he will break out of hell again and they get in a car. The film ends with them driving across a long bridge into hell.
